Recruitment Process


Recruitment process starts after receiving the following documents from our Foreign Principals:-

1. Power of Attorney

2. Demand Letter

3. Letter in the name of Ambassador/Consul general of the employers country in Pakistan

4. Visa slip in original.

5. Copy of the employers commercial registration / license

6. Copy of the employers ID Card.

Note: 3 to 6 are applicable for Saudi Arabia only.


(a) Permission from the Protectorate of Emigrants

The documents received from the employer are submitted to the protector of emigrants for necessary registration / permission.

(b) Press advertisement

Thereafter, the vacancies are advertised through leading newspapers, to attract large number of candidates against the demand received.

(c) Interview Calls

On evaluation of the application received, short listing of the deserving candidates is initiated and call letter issued for provisional interview and trade test etc.

(d) Final Selection

The short listed candidates are then required to appear before the selection board. Thereafter the selected candidates are put to trade tests. The final rating is done after consideration of the individuals overall performance.

(e) Medical Test

The finally selected candidates are required to appear before the medical board comprising of highly competent specialists/doctors for conducting full medical checkup duly approved by the GCC / and the consulate of the employers country.

(f) Visa Endorsement

On completion of above formalities, Passport of the candidate along with all required documents are submitted for visa stamping to the Embassy / Consulate of the country of employment.


(g) Final Registration of Candidates

After the visa stamping, the papers are passed on the ministry of labour Gujranwala for final registration of the candidates. This process is normally completed within 24 hours from the time of submission of passports and documents to the authority concerned.

(h) Briefing and Orientation - Drug Abuse etc.

A full length briefing is conducted by us and labors Dept. / Protector of Emigrants prior to their final registration, so that they must well acquaint with the rules and regulations of the country of employment particularly the strict laws about drug abusing.

(i) Deployment of Emigrants

Finally, immediate arrangements are made for deployment of the emigrants to join their duties with the respective employees.


Procedure for Manpower Employment Services

The Government has laid down certain rules under immigration Act 1979 for manpower recruitment on behalf of Overseas Employers. We would require the following documents to proceed with.

Document Description:

  • Ammar Tehsil (VISA SLIP)
  • Sponsor's ID card
  • Ruksa Fathe Mahal of the recruitment office in KSA
  • SPA in favor of MSR by the client in Saudi Arabia or any other country duly attested by Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On receipt of these documents, our company obtains permission from the Protector Office, and then places advertisement in newspapers and would refer to its database to find the most suitable candidates.

The resumes are sorted out by our experts. If the employer prefers to interview the candidates through his own representative, we make arrangement for it.

After the final selection, all formalities regarding trade tests, medical examination, approval from Protector of Immigrants, visas stamping for Saudi Consulate, insurance, air tickets are processed for the selected candidates.


1. Power of Attorney
We need Power of Attorney as per printed specimen, from the employer appointing us as their Recruiting Agent in Pakistan to carry our emigration formalities, endorsement of visa from the relevant Consulate, and clearing from Protector of Emigrants, Govt... of Pakistan. This document should be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs/Chamber of Commerce and Embassy of Pakistan of the concerned country.

2. Demand Letter
We also need Demand Letter, for the recruitment of required personnel giving their jobs description, number of personnel to be recruited and Terms & Conditions of employment, as per specimen.

3. Letter to Consulate
This letter should be addressed to the respective Consulate, duly attested by the ministry of foreign affairs of the concerned country.

4. Visa Slip
Visa Slip in original or photocopy or E-Number of visa.

5. Photocopy of Company Commercial Registration
(CR/& Identity Card of the Employer for Saudi Arabia only)
